C’mon, every girl needs a digital camera (!)
I decided it was time to upgrade from my iPhone lens to something a bit more professional.
(actually, I purchased this camera off of amazon a few months ago and am just now beginning to use it on a regular basis)
While I still find myself using my iPhone to take the majority of my pictures (hello, convenience!), I have fallen in love with my Cannon EOS REBEL T3 digital point-and-shoot!
I feel professional when I take it out to snap some shots
Get ready for an abundance of pictures, as I just downloaded all of these onto my computer from my Rebel T3:
Some shots from a picnic we hosted earlier this summer…
A shot of Sammie. We dog-sat this little guy for 2 weeks this past August 2013.
more from the picnic…
…and some other random shots:
bridal magazines galore!
getting some work done at the kitchen table
a fresh batch of pumpkin and banana pudding.
prepping for an apple, carrot, ginger juice.
created almond flour balls, made with applesauce, egg whites, and cocoa powder…
…next time I plan on adding coconut of pumpkin puree to the recipe.
chia seeds, coconut milk, and honey made into a “jello.” What a great combo!
…and for some reason, I’ve developed this weird obsession with taking photo’s of someone taking a photo (in this instance, myself).
I was home to visit my family this past weekend and it was “community day” at our local fire company:
I’ve always enjoyed cannon cameras, which is why I went with this brand.
This is a high-performance, digital single-lens reflex camera with live view shooting and High Definition movie shooting. I am no photographer, but am having my fun with this new toy as I document our wedding planning!!
The camera is Cannon’s entry-level DSLR and is a great upgrade from a regular point-and-shoot.
