This is a rough estimate of what I plan to eat all week. Because I've been tracking macros for 4+ years now, I rarely track every last gram of what I eat. However, every once in awhile I go back to the basics to make sure I haven't steered myself too far off track.
To be honest, I haven't gone "back to basics" since having Madison 8 months ago. With the change of the seasons (hello spring!) I figured now is a good time to figure out my new maintenance macronutrient breakdown. I am well aware that my activity level has decreased and metabolism has likely slowed down a bit since having Madison, so I want to make sure I have a maintenance level before I reverse myself back up to 2,000+ calories (which is what I was eating pre-baby!).
